Watch or listen (55 min) | The Fear of Missing Out can by paralyzing. In this episode of The Infinite Zero Experience we discuss ways to address doubt, indecision, analysis paralysis, and regret by grieving lost paths.
This episode really spoke to me! So much of my pain can be traced to waiting for an imaginary “best path” while staying stuck in mental paralysis and not moving forward in my life by simply having the courage to choose a path and walk it one step at a time. Thank you Ti0, and thanks to Sushil too, for sharing so much wisdom here. 🙏 I took a lot of notes and will be reviewing this powerful teaching until it sinks deeper and deeper into my consciousness.
This is extremely helpful, there are so many gems here <3 it seems almost paradoxical that 1 way you can avoid suffering is to voluntarily enter into grief, but it makes me realise how much I torture myself in trying to avoid that.
T10 came into my life exactly when I needed to fortify myself to make major, life-changing choices. FOMO is one challenge that has plagued me all my life. I highly recommend this discussion. Listen to it at least three times: the first to understand the basic concepts, the second time to take notes and finally, the third to digest so much wisdom.

Thanks Alyson! I think it's very common to be in this state nowadays, I'm glad to see you found it helpful!
